Construction Update

As reported previously, William has arrived in Cura... and he's already made some progress!

I Skyped with William (and Scola!) yesterday, and he reports that, with the help of Moses and Judith, he has already hired a project lead and has plans to hire the next round of laborers in time for a formal groundbreaking this coming Thursday.
